"The barn is effortlessly stylish, the grounds are stunning, the views are amazing"

Lawson Park is a unique property dating back to the 14th century, located in a spectacular mountainside setting in the rural English Lake District, a National Park and designated UNESCO World Heritage site.

Set amidst private grounds of 15 acres, this exceptionally spacious, secluded property enjoys uninterrupted views of the Furness Fells, the Brantwood estate and Grizedale Forest. Our extensive gardens include orchards, kitchen gardens, a sauna and a wildlife-friendly wildflower meadow as well as numerous seating areas from which our incredible views can be enjoyed.

Since a major Royal Institute of British Architects award-winning refurbishment in 2009, Lawson Park has been the headquarters and artists’ residency base of internationally-acclaimed arts organisation Grizedale Arts. Lawson Park’s beautiful 4 ensuite bedroom barn conversion is now available for corporate use and private holiday rentals for selected peak periods throughout 2020.
